When you do not have a partner, you are desperate for one
When you have a partner, you regret and miss the single life
When you have it, you do not treasure it
When you lose it, you start to miss it
Sometimes I think why man are such complicated animals...
You say single life is great, but someone will tell you having a partner is greater
You say you need a partner to be with you for life, but someone will tell you being single is freedom and not tied down.
People tend to want their way of life but you can never have the best of both worlds.
You Ask:
Am I right for marriage? Am I suitable for singlehood? Have I thought how my future will be like? Am I able to endure being single forever? Am I prepared for married life with children? Must I get married? Must I have children? Is he/she THE ONE? Should I go with my heart? Should I let nature takes it course? Where should I go? Which way should I head?
You see so many cases of men and women married, divorce, re-married and divorce again.. the cycle goes round and round... Is this the actual society now? What's the point in the first place? Marriage relevant? Necessary?
You are scared of what the future will hold, worry abt having the right partner, wish to have a family but do not dare to commit, wanna take a risk but paranoid abt it. Is this human nature?
This is complicating and never ending!
